We have ripe lemons  on the tree all year round as they have three flowerings per year. Lemons can be used when they have a green yellow appearance. Later they can be a golden dark yellow. Others commonly spray with an antifungal agent to prevent a brown surface-only mark ,however we have never sprayed our lemons and never will! The slight markings do not affect the flavour of the juice, so our produce if far superior. Don’t pay $120+ in the supermarket for inferior fruit, buy online now.
