Order Status
In your Profile you can review your Order Status.
Delivery
i) Free Pickup
You can pickup your order Malvern, Wangaratta or Albury, between 9am and 5pm on weekdays as advised on order confirmation. To ensure we have your products available, please call or email orders@organicoranges.online first.
ii) Home Delivery:
We Deliver 5 days a week to most Melbourne suburbs between 9am – 7pm, for just $12 in 2-4 days. We also delivery to Sydney however for $15.
Payment, Invoices and Issues
i) Invoices
Your invoice will be emailed to you as confirmation of your order.
ii) Order failed to process
If your payment fails, or you find something is incorrect with your order simply contact us before 8am on the day of your delivery and we can sort it out.
iii) Missing items
If something isn’t there or has gone missing please contact us.
iv) Complaints
If you have any quality issues please contact us promptly and we happily replace the item, provide a credit or refund your money as we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee as per our Terms & Conditions.
v) Returning boxes
One of the most important things we can do to reduce our carbon footprint is return used boxes to where you picked up your products if possible.
